Our Facility

The Kinust Technology Center is located in Vapi, Gujarat. Spread across 20,000sqft, this is where we produce all these wonderful products.

At Kinust, we manage every step of the process in-house, from ideation, to product development, trials, production, storage, dispatch, and post sales support. This enables us to closely monitor, and control, product quality, dispatch efficiency, and customer relations.

    Our Production Process

    Our production floor is cubed with Pharma-grade partitioning, and houses eight production labs. Each lab is used for a different process, be it blending, capsuling, or bottling.

    Raw Material Storage

    We have en entire floor dedicated to raw material & packing material storage. Raw materials are stored on pallets, and segregated into three areas, namely, on-hold, approved, and rejected. QA labels accompany each.

    Testing Process

    • STEP 1: STANDARDIZATION PROTOCOL

      We use several phytonutrients and specialized nutraceuticals which require us to determine and standardize a method of analysis, before we can engage in product development, sourcing, and production.

    • STEP 2: RAW MATERIALS

      Raw materials are sourced from authentic, quality driven suppliers. All incoming raw materials are accompanied with supplier COA's and other necessary documentation, without which they are rejected at the door itself. Internal OC teams perform in-house ingredient specific testing, as well as 3rd party NABL lab testing, resulting in rejections or approvals.

    • STEP 3: IN PROCESS QUALITY CONTROL

      Our internal QC team is present throughout the production process, and carries out several checks & tests, specific to the product being produced, to validate physicochemical parameters as well as finished goods quality.

    • STEP 4: FINISHED GOODS TESTING

      Finished goods are batch tested to ensure they meet quality parameters set by us, as well as adhere to FSSAI protocols & guidelines, prior to release.
